ANTONIO CONTE’S Chelsea exit is being held up by his whopping pay-off.

The Italian looks certain to end his reign at Stamford Bridge this summer after two years at the club.

But Conte, 48, is due around £10million if he leaves at the end of the season and the Mirror say a game of cat and mouse has started.

Chelsea are delaying any announcement on Conte’s future until a financial package has been agreed.

But the Blues top brass are hoping the Italians representatives find him another gig quickly to save them millions in reaching an agreement on his current deal.
